No business like returns as we put a lot of effort and hours in carefully selecting and making our products using natural ingredients collected locally & from all over the world.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please write to us, we'll be happy to work with you on this.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:

Clearance and reduced price products, Seasonal/ festive gifts/ Special day (such as mothers & fathers day, valentines day) marked items.
Gift cards, fragrances
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require your order number or a proof of purchase.

Book with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
